Acceptance
By accessing cloudservsync.digital or engaging Cloudservsync for payroll audit management, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission our work.
Services described
Pages on this site describe professional payroll audit and related review engagements. They are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties sign an engagement letter specifying scope, fee, and deliverables.
Intellectual property
Site content, report templates, and methodologies remain the property of Cloudservsync unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to you. You may use findings packs issued under an engagement for your internal governance and, where agreed, for sharing with auditors or lenders.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate evidence, appoint a contact, and obtain any internal approvals required for us to access payroll data. Delays in evidence may extend timelines without reducing fees already earned for work performed.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, Cloudservsync is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from engagement work, except where liability cannot be excluded. Our aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless the engagement letter states otherwise.
No professional substitute beyond scope
Our work is limited to the agreed payroll audit or review scope. It is not a statutory audit opinion, tax advice, or legal advice unless expressly stated in writing.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related engagements, subject to any dispute clause in an engagement letter.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
